ESTEBAN BUTTEZ is a GE Money Genie (ESTEBAN BUTTEZ~!!!), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 07:45 (nineteen years ago)

it's either very quiet, as I'm 9th on the user list and i rarely post, or the user page is fupped.

Ste (Fuzzy), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 07:50 (nineteen years ago)

The user list is always fucked.

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 07:52 (nineteen years ago)

That's still an awesome cartoon though.

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 07:56 (nineteen years ago)

The number of new threads has dropped dramatically and I think poster traffic has as well. Perhaps not unrelatedly, ILE seems to be better than it's been for quite some time.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:05 (nineteen years ago)

there's amost always 3 days on the front page on a monday morning.

jed_ (jed), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:09 (nineteen years ago)

It's Tuesday.

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:20 (nineteen years ago)

Tomorrow'll be Wednesday then?

tiit (tiit), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:22 (nineteen years ago)

Day 5342 in the ILX house. Most of the housemates are at work. Some are in Canada.Mark G is in the diary room.

Ned T.Rifle (nedtrifle), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:23 (nineteen years ago)

Ned T Rifle is one of the best newer posters.

Earwig oh! (Mark C), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:26 (nineteen years ago)

"Tomorrow'll be Wednesday then?"

only in europe

Nathalie (stevie nixed), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:30 (nineteen years ago)

It's all about the Balkanisation, or, erm something.

Custard Subsidence (kate), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:32 (nineteen years ago)

Obligatory registration means no random drive-by posts and threads, and no bored regulars logging off to start silly threads

= fewer threads and posts.

Revivalist (Revivalist), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:32 (nineteen years ago)

think there's been a natural decline too tho. most of the older, established posters post a lot less now than they did three years ago. many subjects and topics have been exhausted in the process.

Konal Doddz (blueski), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:34 (nineteen years ago)

yeah, in my case it has def dwindled down - i know, a good thing - cause of the baby: i have much less time now. :-(

Nathalie (stevie nixed), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:35 (nineteen years ago)

World Cup Germany 2006 - Thread Drei (499 new answers)

I think you'll find this is where a substantial proportion of *everybody* has gone.

Marcello Carlin (nostudium), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:35 (nineteen years ago)

there's really only about 10 people on that thread tho.

Konal Doddz (blueski), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:36 (nineteen years ago)

woss that all about, then?

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:37 (nineteen years ago)

If there is a 16:30 poxy fuling we must have hordes of lurkers, well, lurking.

Delurk, lurkers, entertai us for a change!

Ed (dali), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:38 (nineteen years ago)

I think people are still gobsmacked as to why Stylus got Marcello Carlin to write an obituary on Top of The Pops, finally confirming the site as a parody.

ESTEBAN BUTTEZ is a GE Money Genie (ESTEBAN BUTTEZ~!!!), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:39 (nineteen years ago)

take it your livejournal

Konal Doddz (blueski), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:42 (nineteen years ago)

Take it to your LiveJournal, good sir.

ESTEBAN BUTTEZ is a GE Money Genie (ESTEBAN BUTTEZ~!!!), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:43 (nineteen years ago)

could've been 'take it you're livejournal'

Konal Doddz (blueski), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:44 (nineteen years ago)

Oh yah? Well, you're MySpace!

ESTEBAN BUTTEZ is a GE Money Genie (ESTEBAN BUTTEZ~!!!), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:45 (nineteen years ago)

Ah yes, here's the actual reason why most people have gone.

Marcello Carlin (nostudium), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:45 (nineteen years ago)

Oh man, totally BURRRRRRRRRRNED.

ESTEBAN BUTTEZ is a GE Money Genie (ESTEBAN BUTTEZ~!!!), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:49 (nineteen years ago)

Esteban, this is sub-you at best

Tracey Hand (tracerhand), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:52 (nineteen years ago)

this kind of thing always went on, mind you.

Konal Doddz (blueski), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:52 (nineteen years ago)

I don't recall ever being any better than this.

ESTEBAN BUTTEZ is a GE Money Genie (ESTEBAN BUTTEZ~!!!), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:52 (nineteen years ago)

Morning, Hand, can you be persuaded to come to the pub tomorrow?

Ed (dali), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:57 (nineteen years ago)

Esteban, Golden Age, apparently.

Ed (dali), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 08:59 (nineteen years ago)

Ed you can't persuade the willing. If anyone wants to watch BRA - GHA in Lambeth today I'll be watching it at the Living Room.

ken c (ken c), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 09:07 (nineteen years ago)

I was going to drop by yours on the way down from manor house (I abandoned my bike there saturday) but if you won't be in...

(London: advice needed, and FAP next week? (FAP, Wed 28th June, Charles Lamb))

Ed (dali), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 09:10 (nineteen years ago)

Why not drop by both? EB = Mayall St., me = Coldharbour Lane, innit (from 4-ish)

Tracey Hand (tracerhand), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 09:16 (nineteen years ago)

Definately thinking about it, however still reeling from the weekend slightly an dI'm painfully aware that i have to DJ a wedding on saturday and I'm not 100% on what I'm going to play (still). have you got a Lahndan mobile?

Ed (dali), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 09:22 (nineteen years ago)

there aren't that many 'LJ defecters' either. it's quite an exaggeration.

Konal Doddz (blueski), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 09:24 (nineteen years ago)

(also mayall st is a fiction)

Ed (dali), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 09:24 (nineteen years ago)

Yeah, sorry - Mayall Rd.

then and now

Tracey Hand (tracerhand), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 10:22 (nineteen years ago)

Hey, Tracer, mail me now you're back in the land of tea and toast. I really owe you a drink and I don't have the new Tracer Hand contact details.

Anna (Anna), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 10:24 (nineteen years ago)

haha Tracer you have gmail at your onscreen address from me also.

Tim (Tim), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 10:26 (nineteen years ago)

Is this base camp now?

Ed (dali), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 10:26 (nineteen years ago)

I'd hate to see the mountain.

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 10:38 (nineteen years ago)

Hooray! Tracey Hand is back. This is a nice surprise. You're here for a fair while I assume?

(I too would suggest a pint at some point but it's not likely to happen or a week or so)

Matt DC (Matt DC), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 10:40 (nineteen years ago)

This is like the first schoolday of term or something!

Custard Subsidence (kate), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 10:41 (nineteen years ago)

It's Tuesday.
-- mark grout (mark.grou...), June 27th, 2006. (mark grout) (later)

jed_ (jed), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 10:46 (nineteen years ago)

Tracer, there's always Do Dirt on Thursday:

HELLO LONDON! Come and dance at this new club night called DO DIRT

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 10:54 (nineteen years ago)

Hello!

jel -- (jel), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 15:25 (nineteen years ago)

I am on vacation, ergo of course the numbers dropped dramatically.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 15:29 (nineteen years ago)

The internet has been surprisingly boring today. Or maybe I just don't have enough to do at work.

Custard Subsidence (kate), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 15:41 (nineteen years ago)

Here, watch these: http://www.lowmorale.co.uk/

There's a nice animated video of Radiohead's "Creep" too, done all acoustically and stuff.

surfer_stone_rosa (surfer_stone_rosa), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 15:46 (nineteen years ago)

I've started a summer job, which means less time on the Internet. And since I've got to work on the weekdays, I want to parrrty on the weekends, so I'm not that often here then either. But when September comes and school starts again, you're probably gonna see more of me again.

Tuomas (Tuomas), Tuesday, 27 June 2006 17:50 (nineteen years ago)

The Oort Locker (Tom D.), Thursday, 25 March 2010 11:23 (fifteen years ago)

Na, it was a issue with reporting, should be sorted by lunch all going well.

DarraghmacKwacz (darraghmac), Thursday, 25 March 2010 11:26 (fifteen years ago)

I've noticed that this place is the quietest around 2PM-4PM Finnish time. I guess the Britishers are having lunch then, the mongrels have gone to sleep, and the Americans haven't woken up yet. It's too bad, I often have some time to waste at this hour, so it's sad no one's here.

Tuomas, Thursday, 25 March 2010 12:13 (fifteen years ago)

post anyway! there's not been enough T-dog action on this site lately IMO

DarraghmacKwacz (darraghmac), Thursday, 25 March 2010 12:19 (fifteen years ago)
