i don't think that's having a 'foreign accent'. a stroke will change your voice, but statistically, not may people combine those three accents, it's not a 'foreign accent' as such, just an odd one.

Sounds like it's a speech deformation(?) that can happen to make you sound like you're talking in some other accent, rather than the brain 'picking up' some foreign accent that you heard once on holiday, and you then talking 'in character'. I totally thought it was the latter at first.

George Michael has revealed he woke up from a coma speaking in a West Country accent.
The London-born star's life was in the balance after battling pneumonia, and had to learn to walk again as his muscles wasted away during his recovery from the illness late last year.
In an interview with London's LBC radio, he revealed: 'I swear this is true. I came out of my coma talking in this West Country accent.'
When he finally opened his eyes and was asked by a doctor if he knew who he was, the singer name checked a famous line in James Cameron's romantic epic movie Titanic - uttering, 'King of the world?' in the strange burr.
He added: 'The doctors were worried that I had this condition where some people wake up speaking French or some language they learned at school. There's nothing wrong with a West Country accent, but it's a bit weird when you're from north London. My sisters, who were obviously so relieved that I'd actually woken up, were just laughing away at this stand up comedy.'
