We do work for the health department and have to find stock images of prostitutes for some project! This is far more fun than anyone could have predicted!

I got to put together a disco-edit of versions of "Knowing Me, Knowing You" and add extra synthesizer parts (to make it fit together better) as part of something to show kids and their parents. I don't know about MIDI so much, which would likely have made things easier, but it was fun.

We played soccer! Then we played hex. Pretty much every day is like that here, though, I love camp.

I occasionally get to go out into the country and take pictures of farms. Apart from the "barn straightening" photo trickery (tilt camera ever so slightly so falling down barns look insurable haha), my favorite was this one time I photodocumented this million dollar+ horse barn, which had, amongst other amenities, an INDOOR HORSE TREADMILL, which me and a stable girl had a jolly old time "racing" on.

Yesterday I had to spend the entire morning googling people in order to get information we can somehow use to get them to give us money. (Not blackmail...more like tailored appeals.) And it's really fun when I'm cataloguing a million paintings and there's a good old one with a file full of articles and letters from scholars trying to figure out if it's a forgery.

I got paid to go to the beach recently. (I work at an elementary school.) I also got paid to go to an amusement park.

I was sent to a business conference on Thursday, scoring a fantastic Japanese lunch in the process. That's been one of two highlights.

I used to manage a movie theater. On those real hot summer days I'd go and watch a film with the AC cranked, drinking beer and munching on popcorn and Nestle's Crunches - whole place to mesself. Because it was on the shore of a really neat lake, I would take my boat to get there. I kinda miss those days.
