Who are these [MOD EDIT]?

I have no idea who they are. I've seen a bit of a live feed, and recognised nobody.

Presumably, various non-working soap actors, and others.

Has this started? I haven't watched any telly for ages apart from football, tennis, Lost and Doctor Who.

I just looked on the Love Island website - Paul Gascoigne's stepdaughter, wtf? How is she a celebrity?

The only person on the list of participants who I'd probably recognise is Shane Lynch, the Boyzone lad who did so well on that Celeb sports challenge thingy.

I'll probably see a bit of it if I remember to switch the telly on at the right times, as I get some kind of bizarre enjoyment out of people-watching.

I watched a bit on Monday to see which chancers were on it.

As I thought: "county court judgement" a go-go.

I don't feel I need to watch any more of it.

I also caught the last bit of that Ant and Dec poker game show thing whilst awaiting it, having been lately depressed by Niall Ferguson's war documentary on Channel 4.

It seemed to be Deal Or No Deal as hosted by Biffa Bacon.

Yeah, she seemed alright last year.

Who knows, maybe this year Victoria might prove to be "alright, really" but I doubt it, seeing as how I'm not that bothered about the list this year. (No Jayne)

Lee Otway was in Hollyoaks. Brendan Cole was the dancer on Strictly Come Dancing that (allegedly?) had an affair with Natasha Kerplunksky.

Chris Brosnan is son-of-Pierce, but I only know this from the papers. Alicia Douvall is a sort of fore-runner of Jodie Marsh/Jordan, I think. Sophie Anderton is a model, well-publicised drug problems, was on I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, which has apparently done her public profile no favours at all.

I don't think I know who Colleen Shannon is. Which proves I have some semblence of a life.
