apparently walmart have announced they will not prosecute theft of items under $25 anymore. the legal cost is too much. so, what are you going to steal?

I read recently that Hema, a Dutch department store, was going to drop the prices on its most-lifted items, hoping to encourage people to pay instead of steal. Those crazy Dutch!
