2. Common questions among the class
3. Typicality between the named parties and the class' interests
4. Fair and adequate representation
AND one of the following
1. Risk of inconsistent results
2. Injunctive or declaratory relief appropriate
3. Common questions predominate and a class action is superior to alternate methods of adjudication
