Office Park/Building/Block Warfare

Has anyone else ever engaged in snarkiness/pettiness/feuding/warfare with another company in their office park/building/block? I will post the tales of the psycho-bitch receptionist in the company next door when my brain deslushifies itself.

The receptionist in the office next to ours started by accusing our drivers of damaging their vehicles in ways that were PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE. She then flipped out on us when one of our drivers dinged another person's vehicle (with her personal vehicle)--even though they had already settle the matter between them. This went so far as to hand-deliver us a letter about how they weren't going to press charges. We are pretty sure she has been stealing our newspaper. When our phones went out for three hours the general consensus was "E-73K cut our phone lines since they can't steal the paper anymore." Today she has started taking up two parking spaces.
