This is inspiring me to read more news stories.

How did the goat die?

He didn't give it cider too, did he?

There was a even better one in the papers yesterday, about a man who blew up a speed-camera which had just flashed him. The jolt of the explosion provoked the camera to take one further picture, containing both the man and his recently-snapped vehicle, before expiring. All the photos were stored safely underground, and the man now faces a lengthy jail term, rather than the 60 pound fine that his original offence would have incurred. It's reassuring to know that in this day and age we can still rely on complete pillocks to entertain us.

Does anyone honestly believe that that's a photo of "snowy" and not just some stock shot?

The mouseover tag reads "A white goat (generic)". Dead giveway or wot?

Yeah, it's no Patsy-with-vodka-in-NYC...

Ned Raggett (Ned), Saturday, 12 August 2006 14:01 (nineteen years ago)

"Soo sorry about your loss. Do you have a favorite photo of Snowy?"

District Judge Richard Williams told Myles: "It seems to me you did this purely out of immense stupidity."

Snowy was his seven-year-old granddaughter's pet and she was "quite upset", he said.

that makes me sad:(

But the car's owner farmer Huw Leyshon, who lives nearby, heard it being driven off and blocked the lane with a tractor.

Prosecutor Hayley Fackrell said: "Myles then reversed the car in panic and hit Mr Leyshon's tractor.

That doesn't make sense to me. The farmer blocked his FORWARD movement with a tractor, yet he BACKED into it. Did the farmer own another tractor that he hit? And since when is a tractor, which probably takes awhile to start up, faster than any common auto, at least enough to get into place as a roadblock, when the auto has already been started and the farmer still has to run to get to his tractor?

Shoes say, yeah, no hands clap your good bra. (goodbra), Saturday, 12 August 2006 14:45 (nineteen years ago)

"after admitting aggravated vehicle taking."

five years pass...

If the goats were on Roxette's joyride, they would have been treated to a WONDERFUL BALLOON (while whistling a private tune).
