As for your bf not being excited, sometimes it can take a while for pregnancy to feel 'real' to the father, and they can also get scared shitless which can have the effect of making them suppress any excitement they want to feel. You can't force him to share all your feelings, but try to talk to him about how he really feels and encourage him to come to appointments and ask questions etc.

Finding people to talk to, whether it's friends, family, or (don't fear it!) professionals, is almost certainly a good idea. You're going through a new, frightening, overwhelming experience, and what you're feeling is totally normal.
