Now we’re adding three more to this line: Imitation Crab Legs, Imitation Lobster Meat, and Shrimp Combo, an interesting blend of wanna-be crabmeat with real shrimp. All three have added Omega-3 fish oils to replace what was washed out in the process of turning plain whitefish into crab and lobster look-alikes."
However:
"There is growing recognition that Omega-3s may play an important role in heart disease, blood pressure, diabetes, inflammatory and autoimmune disorders, cancer and perhaps even mental illness."
This sounds more worrying than it should.
