It's merely a mad wacky idea at the moment, but if a few people are interested it could be well good fun. !¿Te apuntas?!

How can I play hide and seek with you if I don't know what you look like?

Otherwise, I'm in.

This has "file under flashmob-style japery" written all over it.

Best idea ever. Is this in the theatre AND library area?

Obvious Ninja (Haberdager), Tuesday, 29 August 2006 12:50 (nineteen years ago)

Are Belle and Sebastian playing or something?

Totally happenening, at this stage anyway. I've written to Time Out and everything. Maybe Sunday the 17th September. I was thinking of getting everyone to wear blue armbands in order to better identify the participants, but it might be more fun if people run up to totally unsuspecting members of the public and shout 'FOUND YOU!' at the top of their voices. Ho ho ho.

Ricky Willmsenman (gatinhathree), Tuesday, 29 August 2006 13:58 (nineteen years ago)

This sounds k-awesome. Count me in.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Tuesday, 29 August 2006 14:00 (nineteen years ago)

Is this in the theatre AND library area?

My idea was actually that it should involve the whole (fucking) place. I kind of see it as a kind of revenge cos of getting so very totally lost there so very many times.

Ricky Willmsenman (gatinhathree), Tuesday, 29 August 2006 14:03 (nineteen years ago)

including all of the walkways outside the actual centre?

Ed (dali), Tuesday, 29 August 2006 14:04 (nineteen years ago)

Oh yesss.

Ricky Willmsenman (gatinhathree), Tuesday, 29 August 2006 14:05 (nineteen years ago)

those are the best bits! you could totally hide for days round there.

also i think we should have some form of identification, scaring random punters isn't necessarily a good thing in this day and age innit...

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Tuesday, 29 August 2006 14:38 (nineteen years ago)

I think this is the greatest idea ever. Really. I'm jealous.

ailsa (ailsa), Tuesday, 29 August 2006 14:43 (nineteen years ago)

Aw shucks.

Ricky Willmsenman (gatinhathree), Tuesday, 29 August 2006 14:44 (nineteen years ago)

two years pass...

...did this actually end up happening? if YES, did it actually work?

A London FAP where we all try to avoid each other would be pretty appropriate
