Dear dirty, dirty teenage boy I saw today with dirty black hair down to just past your chin, dressed in all black, wearing a fucking TOP HAT, a dark red tie (it was probably normal red, but it was probably made dark because it was dirty), a too large t-shirt, a too long pair of shorts, and a wallet with multiple chains, riding a razor scooter (or whatever) outside of the mall (where I noticed you immediately after reading the sign that states that skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, and all similar devices are prohibited),

you looked like a fatter Joey Jeremiah, and I hate you.
