Are people really convinced that the googleproofing posts on ILx actually works. Do we really thing the replacement of key words and letters with punctuation marks means that people will not be able to find our posts on said subject?

Perhaps it fools simple scanning bots, but surely soon they will look for W@nker as well as wanker etc. Try this little test.

Look for the first entry about bittorrent on Google that comes from ILx

Now do the same search for b!tt0rr3nt.

I posted a thread about this a while ago, but can't remember what it was called. The jist was basically that Google could just invent a search engine that automatically searched for google-proofed variations.
