Can you explain something about it?

The first sutra of the Tao-Te-Ching covers this pretty explicitly. The Tao that can be spoken about is not the true Tao. The best anyone ever can do is talk around the subject suggestively. The best example of such circumlocution happens to be the original: the Tao-Te-Ching. So read it. It says as much as can be said.
