Rubber band ball

Have you ever made one? I have not. But I am selling one.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=020&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&viewitem=&item=300047404457&rd=1&rd=1

I am not encouraging you to bid, merely read the blurb, and perhaps smirk, and then fiddle with a rubber band.

dude, if it's been sitting round for two years, there's no way the laggy bands outside the top layer will be useable, they will have already fused together...

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Thursday, 9 November 2006 12:16 (eighteen years ago)

No seriously, I took one off the other day and used it.

Sick Mouthy (Nick Southall), Thursday, 9 November 2006 12:18 (eighteen years ago)

I have a bid.

That's why products are getting outsourced to countries with lax labour laws.

they had a bigger one on the table in the last ep of 30 Rock, i noticed. of course they did.

okay, so what is at the core of the rubber band ball?? just more rubber bands? or like a small pencil sharpener or an eraser or a paperclip or a crumpled up post-it note?? i hope it's something like that.

If this thread is still on new answers tomorrow, I'll take a pic of my HUEG rubber band ball. It's about 8 years old, and bounces like a motherfucker. But don't kick it, it'll break your fucking foot. I'll even place a bit of paper next to it inscribed with the legend "teh_kit's balls r pwnj", as proof that it's mine.

Oh, that's monitor glow. It's actually made entirely from black rubber bands, with a small metal stud the size of a pea at the centre.
