In maybe around Montmartre last year when I was there there was something like this on a group of derelict buildings, I will try and find the bad photo we took tonight.

But I think it was tape-y in places, like on that street sign. Also, I believe that might be Gare du Nord in the background, ie pretty seedy area of Paris.
