I'm amazed....charvers/charvaz are truly truly ghetto.....that shit about the girls using Coke and baked bean cans to do their fringes is hilarious....when I heard Martin Lawrence go on about "sugar sandwiches", I only thought U.S. black people could make scrub provisions charming and funny.....charvers prove me wrong.....the equivalent over here is the girls with adidas shell jackets, wet-look hair, dark lipstick/paleface mosaic....but they're not too lively...they don't even have a funky dialect to call their own....what's funny is how some americans get all pissy when they hear ebonics but they'd be alright and even amused by charva culture....the reason: blacks on blondes and fear thereof (just a theory)
