I got two board games that i've been wanting for a while, Settlers of Catan & Carcassonne. Now I can more easily rope friends into playing, and that's fun.

Oh lordy, I almost forgot, I got two 1930s ladies' slipper chairs!! Very low, for putting on shoes & stockings, with round seats and little tapered backs, upholstered in PINK VELVET which sadly I will have to change because it's soooo sad looking, but the chairs are PERFECTAMUNDO. They will be gorgeous and so luxurious and they were only $12 a piece!

Best present turned out to be a pair of cheap-ish slippers. Fuzzy, but with those actual-shoe soles. That and an electronic dart board (with plastic-tipped darts) + a 12er of beer. My sisters know me well I guess.

Can't, they're in MI. Trying to buy fabric here and send home for re-upholstery, cos it's cheaper in the Midwest. Parents will bring them in March.
