I'm guessing... I'm hoping I'm not alone in feeling that everyone around me these days has gone completely insane... which in turn is driving me batty as well, but ay..

Is there anyone else here who has no problem talking through a convoluted problem with someone to arrive at some sort of approach, but yet has the biggest difficulty with something as easy as wishing someone a happy birthday, or giving condolescences to someone who gives a brief statement stating he/she is having a rough time?

I mean, I feel happy or sad, respectively, whenever I see the message on my screen, but converting such a simple line to text seems unreasonably difficult for me. But propose a convoluted problem meant for a professional psychiatrist, and I'll have no problem shooting my mouth off trying to help as much as I can, seeming like I know what I'm talking about.

Heh, someone I used to know at school (but admittedly didn't like) has apparently gone bonkers and developed 4 different personalities. All I could think when told this was a Spock style "Hmm...fascinating".

as long as I don't have to talk about me, we'll be fine.

brian, just my drunken way of saying "uncannily accurate look into the inner workings of my life." i can't decide if its because i'm just lazy and self-involved or something deeper.

Jess, if we were indeed seperated at birth, then I gotta ask you... did you also torture your folks in shopping malls as a kid by walking around pretending to be mentally handicapped -- just to relieve boredom?
