Umm, is anyone else getting the syrup again? Cause Morningside smells like waffles.

I have this fear that in 10 years New York elevator small talk will start to revolve around this issue. All "nice odors we're having lately" and "rotten-eggy enough for ya?" and "it's tough being cooped up in that office when it's such a beautiful nutmeggy day out there!"

I didn't catch it last time, but lemme tell you, I'm seriously in touch with that shit right now. The whole walk home I was on the verge of grabbing random passersby and shaking them: "How can you people walk blithely along while we are LIVING IN PANCAKES???"
