and etc?

What are these kind of words called? There must be some sort of literary term.

Someone I know started saying "what's-his-teeth" (instead of "-face" or "-name") a while ago, and now I say it automatically.

At work we use the term "old flybo" for almost every other person. "Who these articles for?", "oh, old flybo, I think".
