yes, commerce bank. supposedly free, but i haven't used them so i don't know.

ok yes commerce does it - i have confirmed the presence of change machines @ the wall and canal locations. only thing is those would require a subway ride. i think i might have ti go w/coinstar @ the pathmark down the street - 9% bastards.
