I saw a commerical for these, and immediatly decided I needed one, and needed to figure out how to attach it to my MP3 player.

Walk around with the brush in my mouth or something...

Personally I'd make one that plays an edited version of 'Lucifer Over London.'
Give it out at Halloween.

my little sister used to have something called "Brushy-Brushy", which sang an annoying toothbrushing-related song in what may or may not have been a horribly offensive "oriental" voice (I don't really remember)

My son has one of these, his plays "We Will Rock You". He learned a long time ago you can also hear it if you touch it to your ear. It hasn't been near his mouth since.

'Toothbrush' by Roots Manuva, obviously. Not only is it called Toothbrush, but it has quite a brushy rhythm to it.
