I've not seen Garfield 2, but I saw the first one.

You've Got Mail is competently directed/edited. Sad state of affairs when that is what passes for "watchable" these days, but there it is.

I shan't go into the Great Late-90's/Early 2000's Teen Movie Rant, but the basic theory applies.

Of the ones I've seen I'd go Gigli or You've Got Mail depending on whether I was going for lulz or competence > Garfield 2 which is mostly only good for like 15 minutes of lolling at CGI Garfield > Master of Disguise which is just a lame kids movie
