Honesty of leaders

The problems of our World, are not all physical, we have some problems about honesty. The problem of dishonesty multiplied by economic clout gives You a environmental damage value. Using this equation on the Earth we find datam of flyingsaucers. However there are few if any people outside government that can say how a flyingsaucer works. I believe that there may be technology aboard these craft that would solve environmental problems. These people claim to be able to do what most would call magic.
My question is would they sell a scalar interferometer for 25 million?

Oh one more thing, extraterrestrials, I believe, do not use radio. The reason for this is that when radio is within a magnetic field is absorbed into atoms of odd atomic numbers in the same kind process that pictures are made by MRI scanners at hospitals. So the money used in SETI, the search for extraterrestrial signal is a waste of time and a distraction of the minds of people who should be looking at the big picture, that we, the Earth, may be in a big picture that is 116 years old.
P.S. Don’t give them any money. Just ask them to hand it over.
