Don't dis the Bishops Finger; it is beer from the Gods!

Stinking Bishop is actually named after the type of pear that is in the perry that they dip the cheese in before it matures. So, although the cheese does indeed smell, it's actually the pear that the title is referring to.

The cheese is, of course, absolutely gorgeous and goes well with Bishops Finger.

Physalis always worried me, probably because it sounds like a dyslexic syphalis.
