Sainsbury's are still happy with him. A colleague wrote in to The Journal (highly exciting Sainsbury's Staff magazine) asking why they kept using him even though he was really annoying, and they replied that although there are people who are irritated by him, there are many more who wuv him. But, weren't the TV ads voted one of the most most annoying ads recently? Sainsbury's, are you misguided twats? Yes, I think you are.

AH buit Jamie Oliver ads are less annoying than John Cleese Sainsburys ads = a step up. Also not as annoying as Zoom-Zoom-Zoom.

More as he almost ran over our flatmate but missed, ha ha. I am very glad I shop in Waitrose with their posh adverts. There is a war of words being waged in Metro's letters page about whether Jamie's new ad is racialist or not. I wuv Metro mentalists almost as much as interweb mentalists.
