I think in my case it's piercings. What does this mean, I don't know.

Tuomas, Saturday, 14 April 2007 12:52 (eighteen years ago)

I have had the best luck (or the most long-term relationships) with visual artists.

Casuistry, Saturday, 14 April 2007 21:21 (eighteen years ago)

I have a statistically aberrational proportion of previous dates who don't own cars.

Me too, which was okay w/some, but others tried to turn me into their little chauffeur. Not even important stuff (ie as a carless past & present I know it can be hard to get out to laundry/grocery), but "take me to the thrift store so I can look for such-and-such cable or cord."

One of these guys even HAD a car in his hometown, but was embarrassed by its appearance. Like my '91 rusted Corsica w/no bumper was so totally classy.

Abbott, Saturday, 14 April 2007 21:29 (eighteen years ago)

High intelligence & great butts.

Dimension 5ive, Saturday, 14 April 2007 22:02 (eighteen years ago)

Have all worn corrective eyewear.

Mark C, Saturday, 14 April 2007 22:32 (eighteen years ago)

I've never dated anyone who'd owned a car either, but I mostly date left-wing type of people anyway, and I think not driving a car is much more common in here than in the US.

Tuomas, Saturday, 14 April 2007 22:41 (eighteen years ago)

this will likely only interest me, but until my current girlfriend, all my serious exes, including my ex-wife, had:

1--seriously studied acting but were no longer pursuing it -- all of 'em had degrees in it from college. except for my first serious girlfriend, who'd gone to the 'fame' high school on manhattan in the early '80s.

2--a crazy and/or alcoholic parent such that they were like forced to grow up real fast and care for their siblings and/ or their parent. g.f. #1 had to drag her passed-out mom back into the apt... you know, after school special type stuff like that.

They've never actually had much in common with me. Opposites attract? Most have also had relatively large breasts, although breast size isn't really that important to me. And they've all been quite nice.
