Q: My parents switched to DirecTV early in the year and received all the premium movie channels (e.g. Showtime, HBO, Starz) for six months free (the catch being that they had to cancel it after those six months were up). They cancelled it, the movie channels went away and the latest bill confirmed that decision. Thing is, today, all the channels came back. No one ordered that package. Should we act like nothing happened or call them?

i had cable for free for about six years, it was so great. then one day, poof, gone. had to start paying, so miserable.
i just realized TODAY that I pay $100 a month for fucking hbo/starz/encore, wtf, this used to be $60 maybe $50? assholes. I'm cancelling that shit, I can join netflix and watch movies I actually want to see for $15.
