Where is a blue jeans that aims quality and affordability?

I've lost enough weight that I think it's time I stop walking around in these bunchy Levis. I'm willing to spend more but only proportional to quality/durability (I intend to wear them every fucking day and I don't want to own more than a couple of pairs). I don't mind "effects" as long as they don't look like I pissed them and don't have an obviously manufactured, awkwardly placed tear or fray.
