Well the explanation on the website seems fair enough. Just because this guy was manhandled out of the demo by the police doesn't mean he was arrested, and even less that he was charged so it's really not that unlikely that he never ended up in court. So he's probably not missing or anything. Also the snarky tone of the website is irritating.
