I should clarify: the original photo was published by the SF Chronicle. Some fan photoshopped this piccy b/c of Mozzer's uncanny resemblance to a certain sailor man.

My own recent experience with bootleg versions says: yes, they are still among the most wonderful animations ever produced. Especially the color "Arabian Nights" two reelers.

I used to tape random clips off tv, and the best one I ever got was of old b&w Popeye strutting around on a dock, pipe in mouth, wearing a frilly dress for no reason.
