it's when you think you feel your phone vibrating in your pocket and you go to answer it and it isn't vibrating. sometimes it isn't even in the pocket! wow.

I hear OTHER PEOPLE'S RINGTONES when the fan is on in my bathroom. I have to remind myself their phones cannot possibly in my house, and particularly not in my bathroom.

I get this all the time, which is weird, because my phone shakes like crazy and sounds like a chainsaw when it vibrates. And yet I still hear/feel it going off all the time!

That's the most pointless use of journalistic resources I've ever seen. I get phantom vibrates all the time, and it's still not nearly as often as I think I just heard one of my parents say my name while I'm walking down the street.
― nabisco, Thursday, 14 June 2007 00:46 (eighteen years ago)
Yeah how is this any different from hearing phantom phone rings, or feeling like something's bumped you when it hasnt (I always think my cat's jumped onto the couch/bed when she hasn't).
― Trayce, Thursday, 14 June 2007 00:51 (eighteen years ago)
I wish I got phantom vibrations!
― Trayce, Thursday, 14 June 2007 00:52 (eighteen years ago)
*waits for out of context thread to appear* :/

That's about 1000x more interesting than "vibranxiety".
