no, they're not. people post to say "hey here's what I voted" = post after post of "I voted for 'Blackbird,' it's always been my fave" = wretched

i don't know if that's really any worse than "Classic, obviously" tho i.e. C/D threads often got v automated/go-nowhere responses too.

Flooding ILE with film/actor polls just seems weird and not really funny or anything but I won't be turning off polls yet cos it's not 'their' fault ha.

I enjoy polls in general and don't want to turn them off. Hopefully they won't be abused anymore though.

I want to do a Judge Reynhold poll but I think I will wait a year or two for the furore to die down.

I don't mind them all that much, there's just way too many.

Uh they seem pretty much the same. Some ILM polls have some amusing comments in them too sometimes. I'm glad there hasn't the same clamour for EOY lists with films as there is with music tho.

I Love Films is terrible.

Yesterday, about 3ish, I think.

The funbombing came without warning, and with all cultures and creeds among the victims.
