strongohulkington, Monday, 2 July 2007 15:38 (seventeen years ago)

hahaha okay this TOTALLY explains "jazzberry jam"

To mark Crayola's 100th anniversary, crayon users named four new colors and voted out four other shades.

One of the highlights of my elementary school life = when crayon started putting out entire sets of flourescent shades. Such was life in the mid 80s.

GRRRR @ FUN!

Fluorescent colors never colored well if I remember right. They seemed kind of like the metallic ones, too waxy and didn't spread well on the paper.

Jazzberry Jam is a group with musical roots based on boisterous, conversational, good-humored and improvised jazz. The quartet plays in a variety of styles, from Dixieland to bop to funk to swing. Their repetoire includes jazz, pop and R & B standards, as well as original jazz. They have given concerts for listening audiences, grooved at weddings, and rocked out at kid's performances. Jazzberry Jam's music, style, and enthusiasm cross generations, engaging audiences of all ages.

Crayola aspires to join the fashion & cosmetics industry.

Aimless, Monday, 2 July 2007 16:31 (seventeen years ago)

Jazzberry Jam sounds like Bill Cosby is working for Crayola now.

TS: "purple mountain's majesty" (named by 80-year-old Crayola user) vs. "macaroni and cheese" (named by 8-year-old Crayola user)
