A few months ago I talked to a doctor who did drug tests for the GB Packers and he said that the poppyseed muffins = false positives thing is totally true.

Yeah I go ahead and eat what I crave, unless some clear empirical bad result happens afterward. If I buy into the "craving = body warning you of danger" then I'm afraid I will go insane.

Peanuts I have learned to steer clear of. Cashews seem ok though.
