egon is also this awesome game on my pc. it's a copy of that old arcade game with the guy that shoots the harpoons that hit the bubbles and split them into smaller bubbles. you can download it from somewhere, it's not a large file.

When I was young and played ghostbusters, which I did often, I always wanted to be egon. That way I could make cool new weapons out of cardboard tubes and tinfoil.

When I played ghostbusters, I think I was kind of a nondescript, 'generic' ghostbuster, which is kinda odd as I would normally relate to a specific character. Maybe I was Egon too, I really can't remember. My weapons and stuff were made of styrofoam and cardboard.

i was always the only one who wanted to be peter, i never understood this. most kids wanted to be egon, usually the slow(er) kids wanted to be ray, the black kids wanted to be winston, but nobody else wanted peter! i mean besides all the obvious reasons he was also pretty much the 'star' of the film and got the girl and all that, it makes no sense. was there some children's anti-bill murray cabal that i never got told about?
