I use USA Today (news), ESPN (sports) and weather.com -- those were the first ones I tried in each category and the mobile sites all seem to be OK. The Google Maps applet is pretty slick too.
All things BlackBerry can be discussed at blackberryforums.com, and bplay.com offers downloadable games (if you're burned out on brickbreaker). My current wish list includes a Sirius player for the 8800. . .I'm not holding my breath.
