In certain circles: rose-beige = pink and smoke-moss = grey/green

The crayola crayon company lets children name the new crayon colours. Morning mist grey, finch-feather, chocolate cake brown... What would you name your colour?

Apparently girls who are mad about Barbie dolls are sick to death of her signiture hot pink. There was a survey. They want purple now.

Those clothing and shoe catalogues that name all the items with real names. A raincoat called Bryony, a leather slingback sandal called Bethany, a patent leather handbag called Janelle. The weird thing is, they always suit their names, they seem well chosen... but the men's things are hardly ever named with proper names. Men have sneakers with names like 'trailblazer', not Bruce or Warwick.
