Did Paul Young marry Lloyd Cole's ex wife? It's not a very important question obv.. just nigglin' now. I may have dreamt it, but I think I remember reading once that this was the case, although surprisingly I can't find any reference to it on the net. It started, as lots of questions do, with a pub conversation. I got home and, intruigingly enough, when I surfed a little, Wiki says that one of Paul Young's children is called Grady-Cole..

I'm sure I remember Lloyd Cole talking about this in the Melody Maker or Sounds or such. It may have been the other way round. Lloyd Cole might be with Paul Young's ex wife. But why the name Grady-Cole? It's not that common, people!

This news from this site:http://micksinclair.com/stiletto/cole.html
[[International star Paul Young has sought permission, to record 'Are You Ready To Be Heartbroken', the closing track from Rattlesnakes. Such a request would fill many with glee at the thought of substantial royalties in numerous currencies. Yet once again Lloyd is filled with the horror of being taken for something that he's not and/or his music taken for something (which he feels) it's not.
I said 'Okay, you can do it if you want'. I was pleased but if that's seen as a soul song I might be in trouble. I would feel I've been misunderstood and all the money we could make wouldn't outweigh being misunderstood."]]
Just what is the ongoing nexus these two have, anyone able to shed light on it?
