Er, if I remember correctly, "Lorem ipsum..." is deliberate Latin gobbledygook used for testing typefaces. It traces to Cicero-- though I think it's become a bit fucked up since then--but I don't remember the original Cicero that it's extracted from...errrr...it's been a while since I took Roman history....let me look:
