"ça plane pour moi" is more poetic and is also a drug reference - "planer" means "to glide" and also means you're high (instead of "so, are you feelin it?" you might say "tu planes?"). so it really means that this/that glides for me i.e. is free and easy, but also "i am really high"

I'm such an idiot, I always thought the French translation of the title of this song was "That Plane is for me."

Moi aussi.

Sparadrap is my favourite word in the French language anyway, although the Indian in his igloo came close because that's the only line I can manage to sing along with that isn't Oooo-ooo-ooo-ooo! or I am the King of the Divan because they are triching.
