El Tomboto, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 04:31 (eighteen years ago)

i find it interesting, the destruction of a room that is not really seen on screen all that often, at least in the context of its intended use

rrrobyn, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 04:32 (eighteen years ago)

rrrobyn, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 04:33 (eighteen years ago)

there was this scene in an episode of 'burn notice' where the main character explains that bathrooms are an ideal place to fight, b/c of all the hard surfaces. and then there is a fight.

Does the locker room scene in Running Man count?

kingfish, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 04:38 (eighteen years ago)

apparently if it has arnold in it, a bathroom gets wrecked

rrrobyn, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 04:39 (eighteen years ago)

Is that scene in Bourne Ultimatum where he smashes the guy in the face with a book in a bathroom?

partly anyway.

Fuck that was awesome.

punch drunk love

31g, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 05:05 (eighteen years ago)

Bonus points to Punch Drunk Love for the fact that it's not incidental damage. Sandler actually beats up a bathroom.

Daer Hollywood: more people beating up rooms in movies, plz.

15 minutes?

i think, i'm not even sure if that was the name of the movie. the film where baldwin was a fireman and those two russian guys caused chaos in america, one loved his video camera.

Ste, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 09:23 (eighteen years ago)

emil.y, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 11:45 (eighteen years ago)

in blade runner, at the end? where roy puts his hand through the wall to grag deckers gun?

Ste, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 12:59 (eighteen years ago)

Was he in a bathroom in that scene? It's been ages since I saw it, but I remember it being just an ordinary room.

Tuomas, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 13:01 (eighteen years ago)

Liar, Liar - sort of.

jon /via/ chi 2.0, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 13:03 (eighteen years ago)

KIND OF:

Liar Liar (Carrey beats self up in bathroom, I think maybe he uses paper towel dispenser as a weapon)

Raising Arizona (door of gas station restroom gets run over by motorcycle dude, then I think during the Nic Cage/John Goodman fight scene one of them gets thrown through the trailer wall into the bathroom?)

xpost!

n/a, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 13:04 (eighteen years ago)

Ste, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 13:13 (eighteen years ago)
