Unfortunately the bahn mi I've had in Portland have been wack.

I had a great banh mi in Portland this summer from a lunch cart, but it may have just been great because I was hungover at 12.30pm and coming from East Van it was basically comfort food. But it totally made my day. It must have been on 10th ave, walking north to Powells from the Light Rail.
