I thought he was funny. He used to be on British telly rather a lot in the early nineties. Now he's never on, and no one I've spoken to remembers him, nor is there a Wiki entry.

His IMDB entry details his TV work, with a handful of Have I Got News For You's.

Mark MiWurdz, as was!
He was on telly loads, on "The Tube" for a kickoff, doing Radical Poetry.

(xpost yerself!)))
We went to see him (and various others, forget who was top of the biling) at the Hexagon, back whenever.."
He had this routine where he used one of those "what names mean", e.g.
"like, "Michael" means brave warrior, and "Clive" means wanker" (big laff from audience)
So, he picks me out.."OK, mate, what's your name"
"Mark" (which is true)
"Ah..... (ahem).... OK, mate, (to someone else)... No no, I'll do it.." (starts flicking through book)..." It says: "See Clive".. (bigger laff from audience) ".. yeah, you and me both mate..."
Never saw him after that, anywhere!

His imdb shows one HIGNFY, which is a pretty small handful. I have vague recollection of Mark Miwurdz now you've mentioned it though.
