Classic while you're still in bed, but dud when you get to work and your stomach starts to growl.

Definitely dud. Breakfast is the only thing to look forward to about mornings.

Duh have breakfast at work, like I do.

Mark C, Wednesday, 26 September 2007 12:20 (eighteen years ago)

Yeah, usually I have the time to grab something to eat from the grocery store on my the way to work, but sometimes (like today) I don't.

Tuomas, Wednesday, 26 September 2007 12:21 (eighteen years ago)

I don't eat breakfast so the extra minutes of bliss are all mine.

B-b-but breakfast is the most important meal of the day!

Tuomas, Wednesday, 26 September 2007 12:31 (eighteen years ago)

Or so I was taught at school.

stay longer in bed, wank, then drink the jizz.

But according to the second law of thermodynamics you lose more energy there than you get from drinking the jizz!

Tuomas, Wednesday, 26 September 2007 12:35 (eighteen years ago)

omg ken haha

but jizz lying around inert and unloved in your prostate isn't gonna give you that much-needed energy-rush, transfer to your intestinal tract and its awesome protein power will be unlocked!

Just got offed, Wednesday, 26 September 2007 12:38 (eighteen years ago)

Actually, I hear the protein level of jizz is overrated. Bodybuilders, stop sucking cock!

Dassic yet clud. I haven't had breakfast in so long, but I wish I could. Sleep is more classic than breakfast I think. Yet breakfast is so awesome. Shit. I need a nap/snack.

I read this article:

http://www.newscientist.com/channel/health/mg19526171.200-breakfast-sustenance-or-sugar-rush.html

Can't remember what the conclusions were :( something like if your job requires good memory performance then have a decent-ish breakfast but if you need to use logic and reasoning then have just a bowl of all-bran. Something like that. Or maybe nothing at all like that.

Supernanny says so on the front of cereal packets these days, and I am scared of doing things that upset her because she'll put me on the naughty step.

aldo, Wednesday, 26 September 2007 12:56 (eighteen years ago)

If it was a buffet breakfast then I'd get up an hour earlier.

*rumpie*, Wednesday, 26 September 2007 12:59 (eighteen years ago)

This one's a no-brainer. Bed over breakfast every time. You can always get something on the way, or at work/school. Waking up late on weekends and eating brunch = win-win.
