I'll revive this thread when the US posters wake up, but for now this is a HEAD'S UP, as they say. Look out for it, or order it from US Amazon. It is now a bestseller there I gather, despite the minor controversy caused by our sister company's (HC-US) alleged suppression of the book (read about it).
