It is a big piece at the Chicago Museum of Contemporary Art; I thought it was by Kathy Ackerman but now that I try to google her that name isn't pulling anything up so maybe I'm remembering it wrong. She did the art on the back of the Royal Trux "Pound for Pound" album.
