trying to not put on weight but this small lunch was an accident
1. get more food and become fattee but happy 2. try and brave through this and be hungry for a bit and then become skinnee 3. ?
am at work at the moment too. so food will involve leaving office. also, i brought lunch in today in order to be economical, and thus buying food will defeat the purpose.
am about 45% full.

My motto for skinniness: if you're hungry, go to bed. Obviously works as I am 6ft and < 10 stone.
Might not work so well in middle of work day.
― ledge, Monday, 1 October 2007 12:12 (seventeen years ago)
yeah work is a hinderance to my skinniness

Suggest a grande skinny latte, with an extra shot, from your favourite capitalist oppressor - Starbucks

Walk to a shop that's further away than the one where you would normally buy your stuff.

Consider the Dom Passantino Special (Two Lunches).
But I don't advise the Shimura Curves Special (Three Lunches plus a Deep Fried Mars Bar).

Coffee is better than water at filling you up, I find.
― Madchen, Monday, 1 October 2007 13:26 (seventeen years ago)
i realise now in hindsight what i needed was CUP A SOUP
― ken c, Monday, 1 October 2007 14:15 (seventeen years ago)
have a wank, ken - you know it makes sense.
― CharlieNo4, Monday, 1 October 2007 14:18 (seventeen years ago)
then it would be cream cup a soup
― darraghmac, Monday, 1 October 2007 14:25 (seventeen years ago)
but won't that make me MORE hungry as i will be releasing fluids.. unless you mean i should also drink the free-soup afterwards but surely even then there will be some energy loss as heat as sadly i'm not a perfect pertetual wanking machine?

aw.. i'm glad my misery managed to bring some joy :)
an update: i popped down to sainsburys and myself some cup a soup, haha, and while i was there, a staff was there giving out their new shortbread range for taste testing, so i had one anyway. so all is well with the world again.
