So Rock says I should post about this, in case some of you notables might have a daily minute or two that you haven't already filled with "Things to Eat Up Your Life on the Internet."
A while back (spring?), a "friend" got me interested in an online game called Howrse. Hook, line and sinker. It's way fun for anybody who's ever daydreamed about having your own horse and/or own stable, but never had the time/space/money/fitness to be able to pursue that dream.
It's just way fun. You choose breed, color, etc., and start with a foal, which you and raise and train as you like, eventually competing in several ways, putting your stallions to stud, and breeding your mares. Etc.
Much as I hate to say it, it's easy as pie to learn, and addictive as all hell to master.
So. if you're interested, here's the link: http://www.howrse.com
Anybody who decides to take the plunge, feel free to friend me on the game. I'll be glad to help if I can. I play under the name Falcon.

I saw this horse pen once that had seven giant white horses and in the middle, standing on the pile of dung, was a little rust-colored pony with an epic mane and a sad face. His name was Redman.
